The Order Process

1. If you are interested in a product or service of ours you should first contact the sales team with an initial inquiry (or to request a sample of the product). You can contact the sales team via email at sales@fubicom.com.tw or via the live sales option on this website. The initial inquiry you send consists of:

• Products your interested in.
• Expected order quantity.
• Where you plan to sell the product.
• Optional: You can also request how many sample units you will need.

2. You will receive a quotation after your initial inquiry with the following information:

• Total costs including shipping.
• Payment terms and payment method.

3. After you receive the quotation you can pay according to the payment terms. This may for example include a 30% down payment and then a 70% payment before shipping.

4. We will ship the products to you and send you a tracking number.
